Reservation Details
Your $1,000 Fall payment acts as your reservation deposit and is applied to your Fall parking pass once your parking pass is awarded.
Getting to Campus
1010 Anderson Hwy is about a 5-minute drive to Clemson's campus. This lot is not currently on a CAT bus route, so it's best suited for students who can get an Uber or ride from a friend.
Spring Parking Option
This Drop #2 reservation secures your Fall 2026 parking access first. Once your Parkly parking pass is awarded, you get first priority on Spring 2027 parking, but you are not required to purchase it. You'll be offered the opportunity to pay for Spring separately.
Payment Protection
Your $1,000 Fall reservation deposit reserves one parking spot at 1010 Anderson Hwy and is applied to your Fall parking pass once parking access is confirmed.
Under the Parkly Reservation Agreement, Parkly is obligated to issue a full refund if your reserved spot at 1010 Anderson Hwy or a comparable Parkly location is not available by August 1, 2026.
