Your $875 Fall payment acts as your reservation deposit and is applied to your Fall parking pass once your parking pass is awarded.
Spring Parking Option
This Drop #1 reservation secures your Fall 2026 parking access first. Once your Parkly parking pass is awarded, you get first priority on Spring 2027 parking, but you are not required to purchase it. You'll be offered the opportunity to pay for Spring separately.

Under the Parkly Reservation Agreement, Parkly is obligated to issue a full refund if your reserved spot at Lawrence Rd or a comparable Parkly location is not available by August 1, 2026.
