Parkly Drop #1: Lawrence Road Parking

Reservation Details
Your $1,250 Fall payment acts as your reservation deposit and is applied to your Fall parking pass once your parking pass is awarded.
Spring Parking Option
This Drop #1 reservation secures your Fall 2026 parking access first. Once your Parkly parking pass is awarded, you get first priority on Spring 2027 parking, but you are not required to purchase it. You'll be offered the opportunity to pay for Spring separately.
Payment Protection
Your $1,250 Fall reservation deposit reserves one parking spot at 426 Lawrence Rd. Payments are held in escrow until parking access is confirmed, then applied to your Fall parking pass.
Under the Parkly Reservation Agreement, Parkly is obligated to issue a full refund if your reserved spot at 426 Lawrence Rd or a comparable Parkly location is not available by August 1, 2026.
Waitlist Priority
This drop is being offered in order of Parkly waitlist position. To keep the process fair, reservations must be completed using the same email address used to join the Parkly waitlist. Non-matching reservations may be cancelled and refunded.
